Hong Kong: Stocks open lower ahead of Brexit poll

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks retreated on Wednesday after a three-day rally as investors jostle for position ahead of this week's knife-edge referendum on Britain's future in the European Union.
The Hang Seng Index slipped 0.53 per cent, or 109.54 points, to 20,558.9.
In Shanghai the benchmark composite index eased 0.20 per cent, or 5.83 points, to 2,872.73, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, gave up 0.28 per cent, or 5.25 points, to 1,884.46.
