Hong Kong: Stocks open slightly higher on Wednesday

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened higher on Wednesday morning, in line with gains across most of Asia, with investors looking to the release later in the day of minutes from the Federal Reserve's most recent policy meeting.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.36 per cent, or 110.36 points, to 30,983.99.
Mainland Chinese markets remained closed for the Lunar New Year celebrations.
