[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares enjoyed a fourth straight rise Thursday, supported by a surge in New York and Europe where a bounce in oil prices boosted energy firms.

But the Shanghai Composite Index edged down 0.15 per cent, or 5.32 points, to 3,630.77, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, lost 0.30 per cent, or 7.03 points, to 2,344.03.
