Hong Kong: Stocks rally at open on Trump tax promise

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares extended their gains into a third day on Friday as investors gave a thumbs-up to Donald Trump's promise to release details of his tax-cut plans, fuelling hopes for a boost to the US economy.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.51 per cent, or 120.76 points, to 23645.90.
