Hong Kong: Stocks track Wall Street rally at open

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened higher on Thursday morning following a positive lead from Wall Street and after a heavy sell-off in the previous session.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.76 per cent, or 164.92 points, to 21,904.04.
But the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index slipped 0.07 per cent, or 2.05 points, to 2,976.41 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, edged down 0.06 per cent, or 1.21 points, to 1,933.61.
