Hot stock: Strong Catalist debut for Y Ventures
THE counter of homegrown e-commerce retailer and distributor Y Ventures rose as much as 27.2 per cent to S$0.280 above its initial public offering (IPO) price on Tuesday morning, its first day of trading on Catalist.
Through its IPO, it had placed 35 million shares at S$0.22 each.
It opened at S$0.270 and hit a high of S$0.280 before landing at S$0.260 as at 9.25 am. Some three million shares changed hands, landing it a spot in the top 20 most actively traded shares.
