Hot stocks: ISEC Healthcare and Serrano trading thin
THE two debutantes on the Singapore Catalist board - ISEC Healthcare Limited and Serrano Limited - have had lacklustre showings in the first half of the day.
Shares of ISEC Healthcare, a medical eye care-service provider with surgical centres in Malaysia and Singapore, traded at S$0.365 at 1.50pm; it had opened at S$0.35.
Shares of Serrano, a provider of interior fit-out solutions for property developments and refurbishment projects, also traded thinly.
As at 1.50pm, Serrano shares traded at S$0.23, after having opened at S$0.24.
The Singapore Exchange (SGX) said the listing of ISEC Healthcare brings the total number of SGX-listed companies in the health-care sector to 26, with a combined market capitalisation of more than S$35 billion.
It also noted that, including Serrano, the Catalist now has 150 companies, with a combined market capitalisation of S$11 billion.
