Malaysia: Shares close higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Friday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 15.75 points to 1,473.25.
Volume was 8.948 billion lots worth RM9.180 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 650 to 403.
