Malaysia: Shares close higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Friday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.35 points to 1,507.26.

Volume was 6.328 billion lots worth RM4.923 billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 610 to 400.
