Malaysia: Shares close higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 3.98 points to 1,511.24.

Volume was 6.334 billion lots worth RM3.113 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 549 to 434.
