Malaysia: Shares close higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.68 points to 1,524.32.

Volume was 11.708 billion lots worth RM 4.624 billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 621 to 533.
