Malaysia: Shares close higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up/down 8.24 points to 1,330.90.

Volume was 5.103 billion lots worth RM2.416 billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 671 to 203.
