Malaysia: Shares close higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.89 points to 1,759.67.
Volume was 2.165 billion lots worth RM2.072 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 410 to 405.
