Malaysia: Shares close higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 10.61 points to 1,737.28.
Volume was 2.3 billion lots worth RM2.1 billion.
Gainers beat losers 473 to 376.
