Malaysia: Shares close higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 14.97 points to 1,451.73.
Volume was 7.199 billion lots worth RM4.777 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 582 to 406.
