Malaysia: Shares close higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 15.58 points to 1,647.50.
Volume was 6.048 billion lots worth RM3.41 billion (S$1.1 billion).
Gainers outnumbered losers 841 to 354.
