Malaysia: Shares close higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 7.91 points to 1,792.35.
Volume was 1.949 billion lots worth RM2.490 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 483 to 381.
