Malaysia: Shares close lower

MALAYSIA share prices closec lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 7.510 points to 1670.550.

Volume was 1.810 billion lots worth RM2.028 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 564 to 279.
