Malaysia: Shares close lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 7.290 points to 1,708.380.
Volume was 3.411 billion lots worth RM2.634 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 508 to 407.
