Malaysia: Shares close lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 58.94 points to 1,424.16.

Volume was 6.4 billion lots worth RM3.4 billion.

Losers massively outnumbered gainers 1,154 to 100.
