MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 21.07 points to 1,583.68.
Volume was 9.532 billion lots worth RM4.483 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 730 to 462.
