Malaysia: Shares close lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.96 points to 1,509.47.

Volume was 6.026 billion lots worth RM3.801 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 748 to 315.
