Malaysia: Shares close lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 10.62 points to 1,722.99.
Volume was 2.340 billion lots worth RM2.283 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 638 to 254.
