Malaysia: Shares end higher

MALAYSIAN shares ended higher on Wednesday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index adding 0.52 point to close at 1,840.13.

Some 2.70 billion lots, valued at RM2.51 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 518 while losers numbered 307.
