Malaysia: Shares end higher on Wednesday

Malaysian shares closed higher on Wednesday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 16.43 points to 1,580.37.
Some 2.15 billion lots, valued at RM2.27 billion were traded. Losers and gainers numbered 407 each.
