Malaysia: Shares end lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Friday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 14.04 points to 1,661.96.
Volume was 1.5 billion lots worth RM1.4 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 541 to 242.
