Malaysia: Shares end lower on Monday

    MALAYSIAN stocks closed lower on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.11 points to 1,858.35. Volume was 2.08 billion shares worth RM1.64 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers by 553 to 313.
