Malaysia: Shares end the day higher

Malaysia share prices ended higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.12 points to 1,771.08.
Volume was 1.52 billion lots worth RM1.69 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 506 to 316.
