Malaysia: Shares fall at Friday's open

MALAYSIA share prices started trading on lower ground on Friday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 11.2 points or 0.8 per cent to 1,484 as at 9.35am.
Volume traded was 1.05 billion lots worth RM535.8 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 533 to 158.
