MALAYSIA share prices opened flat on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.86 points to 1729.570.
Volume was 33.1 million lots worth RM16.9 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 99 to 69.
