Malaysia: Shares open higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 10.22 points to 1,605.40 at 9.01am.
Volume was 54.7 million lots worth RM33.3 million.
Gainers beat losers 146 to 41.
