MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.24 points to 1,593.79 at 9am.
Volume was 28.08 million lots worth RM8.56 million.
Losers beat gainers 95 to 82.
