Malaysia: Shares open higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 7.49 points or 0.48 per cent to 1,574.83 at 9.03am.
Volume was 66.51 million lots worth RM30.84 million. Gainers beat losers 183 to 39.
