Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.66 points to 1630.56.

Volume was 24.6 million lots worth RM7 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 76 to 45.
