Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 3.13 points to 1,702.07.

Volume was 177.79 million lots worth RM52.99 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 215 to 52.
