Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.64 points to 1,764.38.

    Volume was 111.4 million lots worth RM31.58 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 158 to 61.
