Malaysia share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.99 points to 1842.12 as at 9.08am.
Volume was 239.7 million lots worth RM106 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 221 to 67.
