Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 8.27 points, or 0.60 per cent, to 1,390.16 as at 9.04am.
Volume was 161.58 million lots worth about RM44.04 million. Gainers beat losers 262 to 17.
