Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.32 points, or 0.37 per cent, to 1,457.05 as at 9.05am.

    Volume was 378.37 million lots worth about RM194.98 million. Gainers beat losers 255 to 124.
