Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.77 points, or 0.19 per cent, to 1,495.17 as at 9.04am.

    Volume was 211.05 million lots worth about RM66.05 million. Gainers beat losers 167 to 124.
