Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 6.87 points to 1638.09.
Volume was 46.9 million lots worth RM21.62 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 155 to 54.
