Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.450 points to 1694.080.

Volume was 39.8 million lots worth RM23.3 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 98 to 48.
