Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.590 points to 1640.670.
Volume was 47.4 million lots worth RM13.5 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 73 to 50.
