Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.48 points to 1661.23.
Volume was 28.7 million lots worth RM12.2 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 122 to 33.
