Malaysia shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.95 points to 1,766.73.
Volume was 116.09 million lots worth RM43.54 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 163 to 57.
