Malaysia shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.71 points to 1,786.96.
Volume was 59.43 million lots worth RM15.64 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 87 to 62.
