Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 25.99 points, or 1.66 per cent, to 1,588.70 as at 9.07am.

    Volume was 458.82 million lots worth about RM224.73 million. Gainers beat losers 328 to 148.
