Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 10.51 points, or 0.67 per cent, to 1,583.84 as at 9.07am.
Volume was 1.16 billion lots worth about RM538.34 million. Gainers beat losers 405 to 226.
