Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 8.09 points to 1,781.25.

Volume was 110.7 million lots worth RM61.7 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 139 to 99.
