Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.58 points to 1,725.16 at 9am.

Volume was 47.1 million lots worth RM22.81 million.

Losers beat gainers 107 to 76.
